I got an opportunity to be Leader at various places where I got to manage people which were sometimes elder to me, sometimes junior to me.
Some of the major learning from those experiences were
+ Being a leader is not an easy job. That's why they are very few in numbers.
+ Managing people and team is one of the most awesome job one can do in his/her lifetime.
+ For making a company one needs to have a staff, but for making an empire you need a team.
+ If team works for 5 hours, the leader needs to work for 10 hours.
+ Most important ... for becoming a leader the only thing which you need is followers.
So, in my upcoming blog ... will be telling more about how to treat your employee, your followers as your team.
