The theory of Dots

" You can't connect the dots looking forward
You can only connect them looking backwards
So, you have to trust some how dots are connecting your future
You have to trust in something ..god,destiny whatever
because believing that dots will connect down the road
will give you the confidence to follow your heart
even when it leads you off the road one in path
and that will make all the difference.. "
                                                        - Steve Jobs

So, start believing in dots ... and do what your heart wants ... :)

Introspection- Knowing Yourself Better

If you want to be successful ... Start doing what you love, and for that you need to find what you love . Finding the work you love is not an easy task. So, the first step for that is INTROSPECTION.
Now the question arises how can we do introspection?

Introspection is a process in which you will discover yourself.
It can be easily with a help of SWOT.
Now what is SWOT?
SWOT stands for
S-   Strength
W- Weakness
O-  Opportunity
T-  Threat

Once you find all these things in actual manner , you will find what is that work in which you can work for hours without getting tired i.e. you will find what you love..

So, in one's life introspection is one of the main steps to lead a peaceful life ahead.

Measuring Success...

Success in not
just a measure
of how big
you can DREAM...
it is also
a measure of
how much
you can DO ..

Short but Hot

Everybody in this world wants to know what is the reason that our ancestors asks us to live our life in today... neither in past nor in future..
I have a proof of it in form of a poem .. a short poem ..

Yesterday was history,
Tomorrow is a mystery,
But Today is a gift my kid,
That is the reason why it is called present..
So live your life in present as it is a present ..

Life = Cricket

If we compare our lives with a game of cricket where destiny is the bowler and we are the batsman and each ball thrown by the bowler is an opportunity. The special thing about this cricket is that we are never ever going to be bold as there are no wickets and catch out is not and option in this game. This means only way of getting out is by quitting. So, Life is all the same it gives you opportunity, if you used it and hit it , you will score and in case if you will miss it , don't worry there are many more to come and it will keep on coming until and unless you will quit. So, for becoming a winner you need to take those opportunities and hit the harder and most important never quit as you are never going to be out until you will quit. So, Don't Quit as
"Winners never Quit and Quitters never Win "

A message for the Leader

Leader must have a Vision
Without a Vision you'll not be a Leader
So, Leader must have a Vision
Leader must be able to travel into an Unexplored path
Normally, tendency is to travel the well laid out path
But the Leader takes the Untravelled Path
A Leader must know how to manage Success
But, most importantly, the failure..

What I will be remembered for ?
If you find an ANSWER
for this question of few lines
That out-of box Idea will drive you for the rest of your life.
You will be definitely thinking something on our out-of-box vision
What are they ( Visions)?

So just start thinking...

all your instincts will tell you to do something,
something that defies logic,
upsets your plans, and
may seem crazy to others.
When that happens, you do it.
Listen to your instincts and ignore everything else.
Ignore logic,

Great Sayings of Swami Vivekananda- 4

What is Personality ?

" Each one can grow and strengthen his personality.
This is one of the great practical things,
and this is the secret of all education.
  This has a universal application.
In the life of the householder, in the life of the poor,
the rich, the man of business, the spiritual man,
in every one’s life, it is a great thing,
the strengthening of this personality… "

Great Sayings of Swami Vivekananda-3

What is Personality ?

Think of this. Compare the great teachers of religion with the great philosophers. The philosophers scarcely influenced anybody’s inner man, and yet they wrote most marvellous books. The religious teachers, on the other hand, moved countries in their lifetime. The difference was made by personality. In the philosopher it is a faint personality that influences; in the great prophets it is tremendous. In the former we touch the intellect, in the latter we touch life. In the one case, it is simply a chemical process, putting certain chemical ingredients together which may gradually combine and under proper circumstances bring out a flash of light or may fail. In the other, it is like a torch that goes round quickly, lighting others.

Three Qualities Every Winner Needs

We’ve churned through dozens of poor hires at our company. And with every one of the bad decisions we’ve made in hiring, we’ve learned a little bit about what makes a winner when it comes to hiring.
You’ve probably read books on how to identify quality employees, or have heard about some of the extreme lengths some companies go through when hiring new team members. But with the talent crunch we’re experiencing in the tech and digital industry right now, most companies don’t have the luxury of making potential hires jump through dozens of hoops. Instead, they have to identify the winners quickly and efficiently. Here’s what we look for and how we identify it.
Critical Thinking
This is the number one thing we look for in a new team member. We care so much about critical thinking, that we’ll often forego an experienced candidate who has the resume that matches perfectly with what we’re seeking, for someone with less experience and who, on paper, doesn’t appear to be as qualified but shows a high level of critical thinking.
Critical thinking can mean many things to many people, but for us, it’s not only the ability to look at a problem and receive a process, but be able to effectively identify if there’s a better solution or better process than the one presented to them. Basically it boils down to this action: Don’t blindly do what we say, rather do what needs to be done in order to get the best result.
This can cause problems for people who believe they’re critical thinkers, but really they just don’t enjoy following orders. These are the rebels without a cause. They break things for no better reason than to break things. These are not critical thinkers.
Rather, a critical thinker is a rebel with a cause. They are the ones who are able to quickly run through scenarios in their mind and eliminate the options that won’t work, would cause more problems, or ones that have probably already been tried numerous times. These types of critical thinkers know when to follow the process and when to not follow the process. That’s the important differentiator. In the animal kingdom, they’re the one that stays close to the pack for protection and doesn’t wander off for no reason, only to be picked off by a predator. They’re also the ones who won’t walk blindly off a cliff with the rest of the lemmings when that pack mentality becomes detrimental.
So, how do we identify this skill? We give them the unexpected. In our interviews we’ll often flip the script and force the applicant to interview us. We’ll often throw some distractions into the equation just to see how they handle it. One of the interviewers will abruptly leave the room to take a call, or we’ll purposely remain silent for long periods between questions.
Now, you may think these are just mind games and we’re being cruel. And to some interviewees, I will admit, it’s more than they can handle and they do crack. But that’s what we’re looking for. We’re trying to find the people who can handle the unexpected. Everyone knows how an interview is supposed to go. Therefore, they come prepared. But the people with great critical thinking skills are the ones who can take the unexpected and still produce a great interview.

Ambition
Ambition is another vague quality that has different meanings for different organizations. But to us, it doesn’t mean someone who is brash, gregarious, or overbearing. Instead, ambition to our company is the desire in someone to be the best at something. This doesn’t mean they have to desire to be the president of the company one day or even be a team lead, but rather it means they work tirelessly to hone their craft to become the best they can be. They strive to be the greatest at X.
Because this isn’t the typical sort of ambition people look for, it can, similar to critical thinking, be difficult to identify. But here’s how we do it.
What people do in their spare time tells us a lot about what drives them. Thus, in our interviews we dig deep into the personal hobbies and leisure time of our potential employees. We ask about their side projects, we bring up some of our own hobbies and see if there are any similarities. When you’re able to identify a common trait, the interviewee will often become more open about their personal lives.
What we’re looking for are activities that show the person is serious about personal improvement. We’re more than happy to talk about our shared love of boating, or climbing, but what we’re hoping to hear is something about their blog or their training for a marathon. Really, it doesn’t matter what the activity or hobby is, but rather we’re looking for a borderline obsession with improving at whatever they love.
We’ve found that an obsession in being the best in one field can often translate into an equally powerful drive in another. This is why we have several former college athletes on our staff as well as endurance athletes, professional writers, artists, and other difficult fields of mastery. The qualities that make them great in those areas, allow them to become great in the work environment.
Work Ethic
This is our final quality, but it’s just as important as the other two. In fact, it ties very closely to the second quality of Ambition. You see, there are the blessed few among us who roll out of bed and are amazing at something. These are prodigies. Sometimes it’s a physical gift and other times it’s a mental gift that allows them to be great without much effort. And that’s why work ethic can derail someone who appears to have ambition.

We’ve come across individuals who appear to have ambition because they are the best at X. But after having worked with them, we quickly discover that their brilliance in X is due to a prodigious amount of natural ability. But that ability is not backed up by any sort of work ethic. I call these people lazy geniuses. And there are millions of them out there. In fact, it’s frightening how many you encounter and then realize just how much natural talent is being wasted. These individuals could, without much effort, be leaders of the business world or major influencers in politics or culture. But instead, they attain a level of greatness, then coast. It’s enough to make you want to tear your hair out.
And some might argue that these lazy geniuses are still great for a company. After all, why wouldn’t you want a genius on your team? Well, because they can be cancerous to your culture.
If you’re looking for hard workers and are building a culture of accountability and results driven work, then it’s quite difficult to justify having someone on the team that rolls into the office whenever they want, or is a constant distraction to those around them because they just don’t have to work as hard to produce the same results. It can quickly cause a crisis in culture. And we’ve learned that it’s just better to avoid these situations.
Instead, look for the hard workers. These are the people that will go to war with you. They won’t shirk in the face of a challenge and will be willing to walk through brick walls. These are the people you want standing shoulder to shoulder with you. And those lazy geniuses, let them go. As I said, they may feel like a rare find, but in truth they’re much more common than anyone would like to admit.
But when you’re able to find that perfect applicant who exemplifies all of these qualities and after you hire them you see them blossom into one of your top performers, you’ll feel that rush of excitement in knowing you’ve found a winner. And that rush makes up for all the frustration and hassle you feel when sifting through tons of dirt just to find one single diamond.

So, basically the three qualities of a winner are:
  1. Critical Thinking
  2. Ambition
  3. Work Ethic

Great Sayings of Swami Vivekanada-2

What Is Personality ?

"In our families there are the heads; some of them are successful, others are not. Why? We complain of others in our failures. The moment I am unsuccessful, I say, so-and-so is the cause of the failure. In failure, one does not like to confess one’s own faults and weaknesses. Each person tries to hold himself faultless and lay the blame upon somebody or something else, or even on bad luck. When heads of families fail, they should ask themselves, why it is that some persons manage a family so well and others do not. Then you will find that the difference is owing to the man — his presence, his personality."

Great Sayings of Swami Vivekananda-1

What Is Personality ?

A man comes; you know he is very learned, his language is beautiful, and he speaks to you by the hour; but he does not make any impression. Another man comes, and he speaks a few words, not well arranged, ungrammatical perhaps; all the same, he makes an immense impression. Many of you have seen that. So it is evident that words alone cannot always produce an impression. Words, even thoughts contribute only one-third of the influence in making an impression, the man, twothirds. What you call the personal magnetism of the man — that is what goes out and impresses you.

A Little Reality of Life

In a theatre when drama plays,..you opt for front seats.
When film is screened,..you opt for rear seats.
Your position in life is only relative...Not absolute.
For making soap,..oil is required.
But to clean oil,..soap is required.
This is the irony of life.
Only two category of people are happy in life:
The Mad and The Child.
Be Mad..to achieve a personal goal.
Be a Child to..enjoy what you achieved.
Enjoy life..!!
Neither you can hug yourself nor you can cry on your own shoulder.
Life is all about living for one another,
So, live with those who love you the most.It can be your mother, father, sibling or your life partner.
Relations cannot be Understood By the Language of Money...
Because, Some Investments Never Give Profit But They Make us rich...!

IMPOSSIBLE----> I M POSSIBLE

Once upon a time, there were two kids sam and vroom. Sam was a little fat and was 12 years old while Vroom was thin and was 6 years old. There were very close friends as they were not having their real brothers or sisters , so, they treat each of them as their real brothers. Once they were playing in their village during a summer afternoon. At that time, by chance they reached their neighbouring abandoned village. While playing Sam, they older boy fell in the well by mistake and shouted for help. They both were helpless and afraid. On the other hand Vroom was looking for something in order to help his friend from drowning. Suddenly he saw a bucket with a rope attached to it. He without wasting any time put the bucket into the well and asked Sam to hold it and after sometime Vroom successfully saved his friend. They both started crying and laughing and were hugging each other. After that they saw it was getting late for their home so they quickly ran towards their village.
On their way they thought about the punishment they both will be getting for doing all these things.

They were scared but they told all the truth to the villagers but instead of scolding them, villagers were laughing thinking that how Vroom a thin boy 6 would have pulled a fat boy like Sam from will.
They were just thinking the kids were lying to them. But they saw the Rahim Uncle who were sitting happily and have accepted the tale as a truth. Rahim Uncle was the oldest person the village. So, everyone was thinking there is something which we all might have missed up or hadn't understood. So, in order to know the truth they all went him asked him "How can you think that Vroom can pull Sam from the well ? It seems impossible to us". In the answer to the question Rahim told them that see the kids have said the tale why don't you all understand that it was truth. So, villagers replied that it was an impossible task to do for Vroom. After hearing that Rahim Uncle told them, " Anything is not impossible in the world as always impossible says I M Possible. And when Vroom was doing that there was no one to told him that he can't do that job, and it was impossible. Even he himself was not there to say him that he can't do it. So, he made the impossible possible.

So, we can say for doing anything which seems impossible to us we need to first break the wall of what others are saying by asking them why can't we do that. And mostly time answers would be funny so ignore them, else do think about them and find some solution for them. Then second breaking the wall of yourself by coming out of your own comfort zone and having full confidence of doing that impossible work .
